Philippa brings a mix of marketing expertise, training skills, and her experience as a professional actress, model and entertainer to the roles of MC and Trainer. Philippa is also gifted with warmth and humour, and has a keen attention to detail coupled with her trademark precision. In Philippa’s 20 plus years in entertainment, she has worked in Canada, Japan and Australia performing in commercials, musical theatre, radio, and TV. Philippa toured Canada with Teen Angel & the Rocking Rebels, appeared on the Tom Jones Show and the Vancouver Show, CBCs Artist’s Spotlight, star of the Kiwanis Music Festival. She has also performed in many musical theatre shows as well as presenting and performing at many other events, concerts, and festivals. As a sought after speaker, trainer and facilitator on customer retention, Philippa also guides companies in team effectiveness, referral marketing, presentation and communication skills and culture change. She is a passionate advocate for creating customer value and loyalty marketing. Philippa has presented for Australian Institute of Management (AIM), Australia Post, Business Sydney, The Australian Hotels Association, NSW Chamber of Commerce, Pan Pacific Direct Marketing Expo, First National Real Estate, the Business Enterprise Centres, Australian Business Limited, the Athena Network and IIR Conferences.
