What's the difference between True Brand coaching and consulting?

In short, coaching gives you the tools, accountability and the resolve to achieve the goals you determine for you and your business, while consulting gives you more in depth strategy and guidance over a longer period or for a longer project.

Our coaching is mainly one on one with you as the business owner or one of your team, whether they're an admin person responsible for the marketing or a sales person whose role crosses over into marketing.

Consultancy is often for a project (rebrand, new website, changing your business model or getting ready for investors). Some clients prefer to have me on retainer to support with ongoing consultancy, giving them greater consistency with their brand over longer periods of time.   

 

True Brand Coaching

True Brand Coaching is for you if....

  • You're a solo business owner who wants to increase your impact
  • You're a start up business looking to avoid costly mistakes in setting up your visual branding, website creation, marketing and sales strategy  
  • You're a small to medium business owner looking for guidance on building or growing your brand presence

What is True Brand Coaching? 

A tailored one on one program giving you:  

  • Review: From your existing brand image to your client service, website appearance, sales approach and social media, giving you an even clearer understanding of your market (and potential new markets)
  • Strategy: Brand plans for positioning or repositioning your brand with your target market
  • Tactics: The specific, most effective ways to reach your market right now, in today's climate

How Does it Work? 

  • We meet by phone, skype or face to face (in Sydney)
  • You're given a pre-coaching questionnaire for us to clarify your brand position, perception, target market, goals, challenges and opportunities
  • You receive a coaching session up to ninety minutes to give you 360 degree feedback on your brand
  • You walk away with clear next steps, agreed actions, accountability and your own brand plan 

How Much? 

True Brand Coaching is available in two ways:

        Face to Face Coaching

  • Single Sessions: $450*
  • Six Packs: $2370 ($395 per session)  
  • Ten Sessions: $3500 ($350 per session)

        Skype and Phone Coaching 

  • Single Sessions: $375*
  • Six Packs: $1950 ($325 per session)  
  • Ten Sessions: $2750 ($275 per session)

*All sessions include review and brand plans. Fees ex-gst

How Much?

  • Fees vary depending on your project or campaign
  • Retainers typically range between $1500 to $2800 per month*
  • Mid-range projects are traditionally in the vicinity of $5,000* eg. A rebrand with advice on repositioning, remodeling website, marketing materials, refreshed testimonials and sales strategies in readiness for investors
